The data processors are not permitted to use your personal information for any other purposes. Xterna A/S has signed data processing agreements with all third-party data processors. If you are considered for a position with a client of ours, Xterna A/S will disclose your personal information to the company/prospective employer for the purpose of finding a position for you. In this case, the company in question is responsible for processing your data independently.
Transfer of data to third countries (outside the EU/EAA)
Your personal data will not be transferred to non-secure third countries.
For how long do we store your job application?
We store your personal information for 24 months or for as long as it’s necessary according to the recruitment process. Your personal information will be kept up to date. We suggest that you contact us if the information that you have shared in your CV, your application, or other relevant material is no longer valid, so that we can make sure it is brought up to date without delay. Your data will be deleted after 24 months if you have not been employed.
The personal data of temporary workers, who are offered employment after the temporary agreement ends, will be stored for up to five years unless other agreements have been made.
